Location: Hai Phong (shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers.

2. Oversee and improve SMT, UF, and De-flux manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

3. Ensure strict Q-time control across production lines and processing of each station.

4. Develop, review, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Operating Instructions (MOIs) to ensure compliance and consistency.

5. Collaborate with related teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfers.

6. Monitor process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and corrective actions.

7. Support yield enhancement and cost reduction projects through process optimization.

8. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.

9. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirement:

1. University graduate.

2. Have knowledge/ experience in SMT.

3. 7–10 years of related experience.

4. Good English is a must, Chinese is a plus.

5. Strong leadership, solving problems and communication skill.
